Feed Me Garbage

Trash cans – the words that make us think of waste, dirt, some kind of ugliness and forgetfulness. Getting rid of everything we don’t need anymore makes us ignore the outside aspects of the recipient that receives our garbage… Why would we need more than an impersonal box to throw away the useless things?!?!

At home, we hate to take it out. We know that we are going to have to do it some time, but always try to get out of it! On the streets, we ignore all the bins and sometimes make our own garbage piles in the middle of the road. Ever thought that maybe a cute and funny trash bin could make all these joyful experiences and also catch the attention of the ones with bad manners? 😉

Art on garbage bins. The little monsters came to life from paint with the help and imagination of Jacob Livengood for the Trashed Coachella contest. If you do it at home, I don’t know how happy would be the ones from the company that provides them. But you can try… 😛
