Not an easy job making such drawings nor taking the photos. In real life, the drawings are much more stretched out that you would ever think they are.Therefore, he must choose the best angle to create the effect of perspective and he does this by using a wide-angle lens also known as fisheye lens that takes in extremely wide, hemispherical images.

Hi,
I noticed your post about Julian Beever’s work and I wanted to let you know we just launched a new program with him for a client of ours where he drew the “Fountain of Youth” in Union Square in New York City.
