   yeah, yeah, very cute. But let’s consider a world without, say, doctors, where the average human being doesn’t survive past the age of 40, or a world without teachers, where children learn absolutely nothing, a world without police where sheer anarchy reigns or a world without firefighters where everything that catches fire burns to the ground. There are a lot of professions that make this world what it is, so, please don’t belittle the rest by claiming that yours is the cornerstone of modern society.

   Someone needs to lighten up. I mean seriously. Just because there aren’t doctors around doesn’t mean people will live shorter lives, just live it a little less full. Children will learn no matter if there are teachers or not, police won’t always stop anarchy and even normal people can put out fires.

   for civil engineering… the pic shows an engineering work for them to have foundations that are supported; so how can we say world with out engineers? probably it is appropriate to say, “world with out technology”… it is just an opinion though… peace
