Halloween Pumpkins

What would Halloween party be without the magical carved pumpkins?! Certainly, it wouldn’t be so much fun. There are so many ways you can carve and decorate Halloween pumpkins, that would be a shame not to do it. I found some pretty nice ideas that might inspire you this year. 🙂

Brilliant Paint Brushes Art

Men at work! After almost 8 years in architecture, this is the first thing I think about when I hear the word brush.

Considering the fact that paint brushes represent the most common tools known to mankind, for many of us they are hard to be perceived items. Mainly defined by practical, versatile shapes, the brushes become like our hand extension and the vital element for placing colors in almost all areas of our life: from cars manufacturing and buildings construction to wall framed decorations and even calligraphy.

The Crazy Chicken Marked

When you hear the word “bingo”, you probably think of a bunch of funny, old people playing a pretty boring game. Right? I can just imagine them. Slowly marking off numbers on the cards while someone is calling out the square…

But considering the facts, this game is not as boring as it seems in the beginning. If you find a better way to play it. 🙂

Pumpkins, The Halloween Monsters

I received an email full of pumpkins!!! And I said I should share them with you. Especially now, when we are just 2 weeks far from Halloween. These amazingly grotesque carved pumpkins belong to Ray Villafane, an artist born from a strange, yet genuine passion for sculpting.

Creepy or not, here we go! Enjoy!

Medusa Snakes Pumpkin Sculpture

Considered to be Picasso of pumpkin carving, Ray Villafane began to make some of his most “ghoulish” creations as an art teacher in a small rural district school, somewhere  in Michigan. Researching a little, I found his website: Home of the most ‘gourdgeous’ pumpkins on the planet.
