Pumpkins, The Halloween Monsters

I received an email full of pumpkins!!! And I said I should share them with you. Especially now, when we are just 2 weeks far from Halloween. These amazingly grotesque carved pumpkins belong to Ray Villafane, an artist born from a strange, yet genuine passion for sculpting.

Creepy or not, here we go! Enjoy!

Medusa Snakes Pumpkin Sculpture

Considered to be Picasso of pumpkin carving, Ray Villafane began to make some of his most “ghoulish” creations as an art teacher in a small rural district school, somewhere  in Michigan. Researching a little, I found his website: Home of the most ‘gourdgeous’ pumpkins on the planet.

Theme Party Ideas: Which Theme is Right for You?

Many times, I meet my friends  to cook together in my house, talk and have lots of fun. So, I thought that every time they come, I should throw some themed party. I tried gypsy style, magicians and crazy science. And they were a blast. Now I am looking for something new.

Mothers-in-Law: This is Your Christmas!

Especially if you have a sweet son-in-law and you don’t want Santa to forget him. As you know it is time for love and blessings, joy and FUN! Think of all that jokes he is telling about you… Remember? Yeah, yeah… THOOOSE jokes! What would you say about a small payback and choose a nice Christmas gift for him? 😀

Frozen Smiles from a cold Mother in Law

“It was really cold outside today.”
“How cold?”
“It was colder than a mother-in-law’s kiss!”

Be an eccentric mother-in-law and show your warmth and appreciation for his kind, lovely words. To remember you daily while he is slowly drinking his favorite beverage! 🙂

Perfect disgusting gift, huh? Find it here: Frozen Smiles Ice Cube Tray

To Bunny or Not to Bunny

People asked themselves for many ages what came first, the chicken or the egg… I bet on the Easter Bunny!

As a child, my Easters were all almost the same: same movie every year for many, many years in the row, same bad paint for painting the eggs, same funny Bunny I never saw, but who always brought me tasty chocolate eggs. The happiest Easter celebrations of my life!
